I've won a comp but haven't recieved my prize
Did you enter the correct address? Is it at the post office? All prizes are sent out via standard post. On the odd occasion prizes do get lost/nicked via local postal services, which unfortunately we can't do much about... sorry about that. If in doubt send one of us an email and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
